Essence:
Cultivates muscle endurance and stability.
What to Expect:
Experience targeted exercises using resistance, such as springs and weights, to strengthen your core, arms, and legs. Each session encourages controlled movements that deepen your awareness and improve posture, empowering you to connect with your inner strength. -
Dynamic
Essence:
Combines energy and varied movements.
What to Expect:
A fast-paced class that features high-energy exercises designed to elevate your heart rate while grounding your core strength and alignment, includes circuit-style training and dynamic moves (often with jumpboard) to boost your energy.

ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Marina, founder of Shake It Pilates, overseas-qualified physiotherapist, and certified Pilates instructor.
I started my journey in health with over 8 years working in hospitals and home care settings abroad. During the pandemic, everything changed, like many, I faced new challenges. I was dealing with osteoarthritis and the mental toll of isolation. That’s when I discovered the incredible impact Pilates could have, not just physically, but emotionally too.
Pilates helped me rebuild strength, reduce pain, and reconnect with my body. It also became a powerful tool in managing anxiety and stress. I turned my personal transformation into a profession, completing my Pilates certification and founding Shake It Pilates, a studio where I could share this method with others and create lasting change.
Now, one year in, I’ve had the privilege of helping many people achieve incredible results. Whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or simply feeling more confident in their bodies, the progress we’ve made together has been amazing (you can check out some of their journeys on my Instagram).
At Shake It Pilates, I blend my physiotherapy knowledge with a strong, athletic approach to Pilates. Every session is designed to challenge, support, and empower you, no matter where you're starting from.
